Project Background: Large areas of black arable land are distributed across Ukraine, mainly planted with three staple crops: wheat, corn and soybean. Long-term continuous cropping combined with seasonal drought leads to loss of soil organic matter, soil compaction, declining arable land fertility and drastically reduced nutrient utilization efficiency of conventional fertilizers.

Original Pain Points:

Long-term continuous cropping depletes black soil organic matter and causes compaction, leading to continuous degradation of arable land fertility.
Conventional fertilizers release nutrients rapidly under drought conditions, resulting in massive nutrient loss and low fertilizer absorption efficiency.
Imported chemical fertilizers must comply with EU fertilizer regulation EU2019/1009 and pesticide residue limit standards. Ordinary fertilizers lack complete compliance documents and cannot pass Ukraine's agricultural market access review.
