Combining Ukraine's chemical regulations, market demands and practical operations of China-EU cross-border trade, we rely on overseas warehouses in Poland to provide seven standardized supporting chemical services covering compliance handling, logistics & distribution, raw material supply, technical support and procurement trusteeship.
In accordance with the Ukraine REACH Regulation implemented in 2025, we offer pre-registration, formal registration, dossier compilation, compliance assessment, screening & filing of restricted substances for chemicals with an annual trading volume of 1 ton or above, and complete all market access procedures for Ukraine.
Local Certification & Customs Clearance Agency
We are familiar with Ukraine's native DSTU standards, EU harmonized standards, ADR dangerous goods transport specifications and local customs clearance rules. We act as agent to process full sets of import & export documents including dangerous goods packaging certificates, certificates of origin, sanitary quarantine certificates, assist customs declaration, document review and inspection coordination to shorten customs clearance cycles.
Carbon Compliance & ESG
In line with Ukraine's carbon accounting standards and EU CBAM requirements, we provide product carbon footprint calculation, compliance report compilation, green certification sorting and supply chain compliance system construction to meet local procurement audit and cross-border green trade requirements.
Distribution via Poland Overseas Warehouses
Our bonded warehouses in Poland stock general chemicals, fine chemicals and agrochemicals on hand, replacing long-distance sea transportation. Goods can be delivered to all regions of Ukraine within 3 working days for regular orders to satisfy routine factory stock preparation and emergency replenishment for projects. The service is supported by a dual-warehouse system: a general chemical warehouse in Warsaw and a dangerous goods warehouse in Malaszewicze.
Cross-Border Logistics for Dangerous Goods
We own ADR-qualified dangerous goods transport fleets, providing temperature-controlled, explosion-proof and moisture-proof transport solutions for liquid, powder and corrosive chemicals. Cargo can be insured against transportation risks based on actual cargo value in compliance with international dangerous goods transport standards. Full container, less-than-container load and less-than-truckload shipments are supported with door-to-door delivery covering all regions of Ukraine.
Raw Material Supply for Chemical Industries
We supply raw materials covering agriculture, animal nutrition, new energy batteries, construction & building materials, food & nutrition, beauty & personal care, household & industrial cleaning, industrial lubricants, metal surface treatment, mining chemicals, polymers, rubber additives, industrial solvents, water treatment and other sectors. Formulation parameters can be adjusted per customer requirements, together with supporting product data, quality inspection reports and operation instructions.
Cross-Border Procurement & Technical Trusteeship
We provide factory screening, qualification verification, sampling inspection, customized production and full-process quality control procurement trusteeship. Our bilingual team offers technical consultation on product application and formula optimization, and issues standard SDS. Three cooperation modes are available: spot goods procurement, long-term framework agreements and regional agency partnerships. 7dchem takes unified charge of order follow-up, fund settlement and full after-sales support.
