Submission and Qualification Process
a. Submit all documentation via our "Contact Us" page, attaching files to the purchasing email address displayed on that page.
b. Preliminary document review is conducted within 1–2 working days:
1. Incomplete or inconsistent documentation: we will notify you to supplement or revise the materials.
2. Preliminary approval: you will proceed to the sample evaluation stage.
c. Sample testing for the targeted products:
1. Sample does not meet quality requirements: cooperation is temporarily suspended; re-submission may be mutually agreed.
2. Sample passes: the supplier is entered into our Approved Supplier Database, and order coordination commences.
d. Annual re-certification: all approved suppliers must undergo a yearly documentation review to maintain their active supplier status.
Important Market Compliance Notice
- Our primary sales territories are Central and Eastern Europe and Ukraine.
- Suppliers are required to ensure that all delivered products comply with applicable local regulations, including but not limited to EU REACH, Ukraine REACH, hazard classification rules, and customs clearance requirements.
- Any failure to meet the compliance standards of the destination markets will result in termination of the cooperation interest.
