Cooperation Case with East China Agriculture & Animal Husbandry Group (Animal Nutrition Field)
Project Background:
This agriculture & animal husbandry enterprise is located in East China, with businesses covering feed processing, livestock & poultry breeding and pet food manufacturing. In Q3 2025, the company encountered multiple operational challenges:
Raw material procurement costs fluctuated more drastically year-on-year driven by market volatility;
Higher detection frequency of mycotoxins in feed raw materials during summer storage;
Frequent intestinal disorders in livestock and poultry, negatively impacting batch Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) indicators;
Former suppliers only delivered raw materials without supplementary technical services such as formula adjustment and incoming material sampling inspection.
The client initiated communication with our team in September 2025 and formally signed an annual raw material supply contract in November the same year.

All goods are shipped directly from our production base in Jiangsu, China.
Liu Yazhen, our animal nutrition specialist with 8 years of industry experience, provides full-time on-site support, covering the following services:
Fine-tune feed formula parameters based on real-time plant temperature, breeding varieties and animal growth stages;
On-site tracking of pelleting production and providing recommendations for equipment process optimization;
Rapid sampling inspection of incoming raw materials for mycotoxin, moisture and other key indicators;
Quarterly raw material market briefings to support the client's procurement planning.
Cooperation Process
Sample Testing Phase (September 2025): The client requested samples of various feed raw materials and additives, which were sent to a third-party laboratory for full index testing.
On-Farm Feeding Trial (October 2025): Liu Yazhen stayed on-site to assist with small-scale feeding trials, recording real data including animal feed intake, average daily gain (ADG), intestinal disorder incidence and feed mildew ratio.
Formal Contract Signing (November 2025): Both parties finalized technical specifications based on trial data and signed the annual supply contract.
Regular Performance (Starting December 2025): Stable monthly raw material delivery; Liu Yazhen updates customized feed formula solutions quarterly in response to seasonal temperature shifts and raw material market fluctuations.
Cooperation Outcome Record (As of June 2026)
Chen Guodong, the client's procurement manager, confirmed reduced consumption of intestinal veterinary drugs from Jan-Jun 2026 compared with Jul-Dec 2025;
Less rework batches generated in the feed pelleting process than before cooperation;
Calculated based on the contract price signed in November 2025, the total annual procurement cost is lower than quotations from other suppliers in the same period;
In March 2026, the client successfully passed routine inspection by local Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau with our provided COA reports and carbon footprint ledgers;
In June 2026, the client confirmed contract renewal, with a larger total procurement volume for the second year than the initial order.
