Low-Temperature Anti-Corrosion & Reinforcement Materials for Old Residential Renovation in Kharkiv, Ukraine

page-800-400

Project Background: This project covers the renovation of aging residential buildings in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The region experiences extreme winter temperatures as low as -25℃, with long-term low-temperature frost construction environments. The building structures are old, featuring aged wall substrates and loose structural bases.

Original Pain Points:

1.Defective conventional building materials: General concrete admixtures lack sufficient low-temperature resistance. When applied under local frigid construction conditions, concrete hardens slowly with insufficient structural strength, leading to structural cracks on walls, beams and columns.
2.Incomplete compliance documents: Previous suppliers only provided basic product certificates without EU standard filing documents.
3.Lack of local technical service: No on-site local technicians. On-site issues such as construction ratio adjustment, base defect treatment and material commissioning could only be resolved remotely.

7dchem Solutions

Integrated low-temperature material system: Epoxy resin, polycarboxylate superplasticizer (water reduction rate ≥28%), concrete hardener and polyurethane grouting material are used as a complete matching set.

01

Complete compliance documents: REACH SVHC test reports, CLP classification labels and filing dossiers are delivered with shipments to meet customs review standards of the EU and Ukraine.

02

Warehousing & local service: Spot goods are stored in Polish hazardous chemical warehouses. Local Ukrainian agents take charge of final delivery, on-site technical coordination, low-temperature construction ratio standard handover and process guidance.

03

Export service for construction materials: Commodity code classification and filing for construction raw materials, dossier archiving, customs declaration, tariff calculation, port inspection coordination and follow-up of engineering reconciliation invoices.

Implementation Results

Qualified low-temperature construction quality: The dedicated material system adapts to frost construction at -25℃, effectively eliminating structural cracking on walls and beams. The formed concrete maintains stable strength and fully complies with renovation standards for old residential buildings in Ukraine and EU construction specifications.

Stable regional supply: Spot inventory in Polish hazardous chemical warehouses plus local Ukrainian agent distribution, together with complete compliance documents, enable zero customs detention and guarantee on-time completion of low-temperature renovation projects.

Inquiry channels: Ukraine hotline: +380 44358 0218; Poland logistics hotline: +48 732 084 37. Samples of various low-temperature construction materials can be sent for customers to independently verify low-temperature performance in advance.

Disclaimer: Construction conditions, material parameters and delivery lead times in this plan are sorted from measured data and archived documents of the actual residential renovation project in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Final material matching schemes, construction processes and supply cycles shall be subject to on-site surveys and working condition verification results, as local temperatures, building aging levels, construction techniques and on-site equipment vary across regions.
