Local currency settlement including Polish Zloty and Ukrainian Hryvnia is supported to shorten settlement cycles and reduce handling and exchange costs. Standardized goods acceptance and post-acceptance refund mechanisms are implemented to ensure open and transparent transaction procedures.

All operations strictly comply with GDPR data privacy regulations. Client quotations, procurement documents, contracts and corporate confidential information are fully encrypted for storage. Tiered internal access control is enforced, with no external disclosure permitted without official client authorization.
