About Us
We are a professional chemical trading enterprise focusing on basic chemical raw materials, fine chemicals and polymer products. We support domestic procurement and customized manufacturing in China. Our Product & Basic Service Team is responsible for domestic sourcing, customized production, brand customization, premium packaging and secondary repackaging services. Our procurement personnel are stationed at production bases to directly control production costs and full-range product quality, delivering stable and high-quality supply chain support for our overseas sales teams in Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end procurement operations at domestic production bases, control raw material costs, monitor production progress, and conduct on-site quality inspections.
● Collaborate with overseas market teams to deliver tailored solutions for customized manufacturing, private branding, premium packaging and secondary packaging based on regional client requirements.
● Follow factory production standards and coordinate adjustments to production parameters, packaging specifications and delivery schedules in accordance with overseas order demands.
● Sort and file supplier qualification documents, maintain long-term cooperative relationships with upstream manufacturers, and continuously optimize the procurement cost system.
● Coordinate with overseas sales, warehouse and logistics teams to synchronize the progress of production, packaging and shipment, and promptly resolve production and packaging abnormalities.
● Regularly prepare procurement cost reports, factory quality inspection records and customized service execution reports for management review.
● Optimize procurement and packaging workflows, summarize factory production pain points and overseas packaging demand characteristics, and improve overall team service efficiency.
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related majors. Relevant experience in chemical factory procurement or packaging customization is preferred.
● Language: Proficient in Chinese for factory communication; basic English skills for cross-border team collaboration are a plus.
● Experience: At least 1 year of experience in chemical procurement, factory sourcing, customized production or packaging services. On-site factory working experience is highly preferred.
● Core Competencies: Strong awareness of cost control and quality management, rigorous working attitude, clear logical thinking, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks between factories and overseas teams.
● Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of independent negotiation with manufacturers on production, packaging and delivery matters with good team spirit.
● Bonus Points: Familiar with chemical product packaging standards and export packaging specifications; prior working experience with European chemical traders is preferred.
