Key Responsibilities
● Track updates of EU chemical and environmental policies including REACH, CLP and CBAM, sort out the latest compliance standards and release regular internal interpretation documents.
● Conduct comprehensive compliance audits for all exported chemical products, covering product registration, dossier compilation, label verification and hazardous material classification.
● Collect, calculate and analyze full-life-cycle carbon footprint data of chemical products, and compile standardized carbon footprint assessment reports for European clients.
● Collaborate with procurement, production and overseas sales teams to optimize product formulas, raw material selection and packaging solutions to meet EU compliance and low-carbon requirements.
● Provide professional compliance consultation for Poland, CEE and Ukraine market teams to resolve client inquiries and customs clearance compliance issues.
● Establish systematic product compliance archives and carbon footprint databases to ensure all documents, test data and carbon accounting records are fully traceable and verifiable.
● Submit regular EU regulation risk assessment reports and carbon footprint management optimization proposals to the management team.
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Carbon Management or related disciplines.
● Professional Knowledge: Familiar with EU REACH, CLP, CBAM and ECHA regulations; proficient in carbon footprint accounting standards for industrial chemicals.
● Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in chemical EU compliance, regulatory affairs or carbon footprint analysis; chemical foreign trade compliance experience is a strong advantage.
● Language: Fluent in English for reading EU official documents and client communication; Polish language skills are a bonus.
● Core Competencies: Strong logical analysis, document sorting and risk prediction capabilities; rigorous and detail-oriented with the ability to independently complete compliance audits and carbon data accounting.
● Bonus Points: Holding professional carbon management certificates; prior working experience with EU third-party testing institutions is preferred.
