The Ukraine Special Project Team is dedicated to local market development, daily business operation and client project implementation in Ukraine. Our team leader possesses extensive experience in local chemical trading and in-depth understanding of Ukraine's chemical regulations, customs clearance rules and commercial practices. Through localized operations, we steadily expand our chemical product market share across Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct in-depth market research on Ukraine's chemical industry, monitor local market demand, competitor pricing, import policy changes and client demand trends, and deliver regular market analysis reports.

● Develop new end clients, distributors and factory purchasers in Ukraine through field visits, industry exhibitions and online channels to build a stable local sales network.

● Manage full-cycle project cooperation with Ukrainian clients, including demand communication, quotation follow-up, contract negotiation, order coordination, shipment tracking and after-sales maintenance.

● Master Ukraine's import regulations, chemical customs clearance standards and local business norms, and guide cross-team compliance preparation to avoid trade barriers.

● Coordinate with China-based procurement, logistics, compliance and sales teams to synchronize order production, EU compliance documentation, Poland warehouse shipment and cross-border transportation to Ukraine.

● Maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with Ukrainian clients to increase repeat order rates and local brand reputation.

● Formulate and break down monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Ukraine market, formulate personal development plans and achieve scheduled performance indicators.

● Regularly report market dynamics, client progress and project execution status to team leaders and headquarters management.

Requirements

● Background & Language: Overseas Chinese candidates with Ukrainian local living or working experience are preferred; fluent in Ukrainian or Russian; English is mandatory for daily work.

● Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, International Trade or related fields; basic knowledge of chemical raw materials is an advantage.

● Experience: At least 1 year of foreign trade sales experience; experience in chemical trade or Ukraine local market operation is a strong plus.

● Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation and client communication skills, self-motivated, capable of independently resolving local market and trade emergencies, and adaptable to cross-timezone work.

● Teamwork: Proficient in cross-departmental coordination and able to smoothly communicate with China headquarters on orders, compliance and logistics matters.

● Bonus Points: Study, residence or working experience in Ukraine's chemical industry; familiarity with Ukrainian import and tax policies.
