About Us
Our Value-Added Service Team provides one-stop auxiliary services for global chemical clients, covering product testing, chemical commodity auctions, enterprise ESG planning and customized supply chain consulting. After completing sample testing, our quality control team issues official Certificates of Analysis (COA). All test data is fully traceable and verifiable, and widely recognized by European importers and customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities
● Accept sample testing requests from overseas sales teams and international clients, conduct chemical indicator testing, organize raw test data and compile standardized COA documents.
●Operate chemical raw material auction businesses, sort out product information, release auction announcements, communicate with bidders and complete post-auction order docking.
● Provide customized ESG planning services for chemical enterprises, sort out environmental, social and governance data, and compile EU-standard ESG evaluation reports.
● Deliver professional supply chain consulting services, including cost optimization, compliance solution design, inventory turnover improvement and cross-border logistics scheme planning.
● Systematically archive all testing records, COA certificates, auction transaction documents and ESG reports to ensure full data traceability and authenticity verification.
● Collaborate with compliance, procurement, logistics and sales teams to match targeted value-added services for different client orders and expand service revenue.
● Summarize monthly service volume, client feedback and project revenue, and deliver optimization reports to upgrade the overall service system.
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
● Professional Knowledge: Familiar with chemical testing standards and COA document specifications; basic knowledge of ESG assessment or commodity auction is preferred.
● Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in chemical testing, third-party laboratory operations, commodity auctions or supply chain consulting.
● Language: Fluent in English for client communication and professional document translation.
● Core Competencies: Meticulous in data processing, strong customer service awareness, proficient in standardized document sorting, and capable of independent problem-solving.
● Bonus Points: Holding professional chemical testing certificates; prior experience serving European clients is preferred.
