It serves end industries in Romania and surrounding regions, including coatings & inks, resin production, personal care, food flavors, pesticide formulations, and pharmaceutical R&D.
In 2025, the client planned to expand its multi-grade fine chemical product line and entrusted 7DCHEM with full services including customized product production, compliant export, Poland warehousing and EU regional distribution.

Ethyl Acetate (141-78-6)
1. Industrial Grade ≥99.5%: Controlled moisture ≤0.05% with low acid value and stable volatilization rate, suitable for the production of coatings, inks and adhesives.
2. Food Grade ≥99.5%: Produced on exclusive independent production lines separated from industrial raw materials, with strict control of heavy metal and arsenic content, applied for food flavor extraction and fragrance carrier raw materials.
Hexanediol (107-41-5)
1. Industrial Grade ≥99%: Stable technical indicators, widely used in industrial coatings, pesticide formulations and industrial cleaning fields.
2. Premium Pure Grade ≥99%: Strictly controlled indicators including moisture ≤0.05%, Pt-Co color ≤10 and heavy metals ≤5ppm, applicable to the manufacturing of photosensitive materials, biochemical materials and high-end synthetic materials.
Propylene Glycol (57-55-6)
1. Industrial Grade 98.5%–99.0%: Used for unsaturated polyester resins, nitrocellulose coatings and industrial cleaning.
2. Cosmetic Grade 99.5%–99.7%: Free of peculiar smell and trace impurities with controlled microbial indicators, serving as raw materials for perfumes and moisturizing personal care products.
3. Food Grade ≥99.7%: Compliant with EU EFSA food additive E1520 standards with qualified heavy metal and arsenic indicators, usable as food carrier raw materials.
4. Pharmaceutical Grade ≥99.0%: Meets EP/USP pharmacopoeia specifications and European access standards for pharmaceutical excipients, with main content not serving as the sole judgment indicator.
Quality Control & Production Management
7DCHEM screens qualified source factories in the Yangtze River Delta and Shandong production bases for three products including ethyl acetate, hexanediol and propylene glycol.
1. Production Line Qualification: All factories must hold export filing qualifications. Factories producing food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade products are required to have exclusive independent production lines and third-party system certifications (ISO, HACCP, KOSHER, etc.);
2. Production Line Isolation Capacity: Factories must realize physical isolated production for industrial, daily chemical, food and pharmaceutical grade materials to avoid material confusion caused by cross-use of production lines;
3. Sample Verification: Each factory produces small-batch samples first. 7DCHEM conducts full-index testing, and only factories with products compliant with Chinese national standards and EU access standards will be included in the qualified supplier list for mass production;
4. Production Capacity Locking: Qualified factories lock dedicated production lines and scheduling cycles to ensure the scheduled completion of the 400-ton batch order.
After entering the mass production stage, 7DCHEM uniformly standardizes the production process parameters (temperature, pressure, rectification times, etc.), testing thresholds (purity, moisture, color, maximum heavy metal content) and factory delivery standards of all factories. All batches are double-tested in accordance with Chinese national standards and EU access standards, and 7DCHEM issues bilingual Chinese-Romanian COA quality inspection documents uniformly.

Hazardous chemicals are stored in the Malaszewicze hazardous chemical bonded warehouse in Poland, while ordinary fine chemical raw materials are stored in the Warsaw general warehouse. We support order-based split stocking and full-territory distribution coverage across Romania.
