Product Grades
Industrial Grade
Premium Grade: Monoethanolamine content ≥99.0%, moisture ≤1.0%, boiling range (168–174°C) ≥95% (by volume), appearance is a clear light yellow viscous liquid with no suspended matter.
First Grade: Total amine content ≥95.0%, with no strict limits on moisture and boiling range. Suitable for general industrial solvents, emulsifiers, and other applications.
Qualified Grade: Total amine content ≥80.0%, with relatively lower purity. Primarily used as a basic chemical raw material where high purity is not required.
Reagent Grade
Purity typically reaches 99.5%–99.9%, with stricter impurity control (e.g., color APHA ≤15). Mainly used in laboratory analysis, chromatography stationary phases, and pharmaceutical synthesis intermediates.
Standard stock items are industrial grade. For special-grade orders, please contact us for full documentation.

Monoethanolamine Used in the Energy Industry
● Acid Gas Removal: Used in the purification of natural gas, petroleum gas, and power plant flue gas to remove carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, preventing pipeline corrosion and improving gas quality.
● Decolorizing Agent: Used as a decolorizing agent in biodiesel production to enhance oil purity.

Monoethanolamine Used in the Cosmetic Industry
In cosmetics, monoethanolamine acts as an emulsifier and pH adjuster to stabilise formulations. Its dosage must be strictly controlled to guarantee product safety.
It serves as an important raw material for detergents, shampoos and body wash products, facilitating the mixing of oil and water, and improving cleaning performance and foaming capacity.
Monoethanolamine Used in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Monoethanolamine functions as a synthetic intermediate for pharmaceuticals including antibiotics and antidiarrheal medicines.

Monoethanolamine Used in the Pesticide Industry
Monoethanolamine is used as a dispersing agent in pesticides to help active ingredients distribute evenly.
Monoethanolamine Used in the Plastic Industry
In the plastics industry, monoethanolamine is used as a plasticizer to improve the flexibility and processability of materials.

Monoethanolamine Used in the Rubber Industry
In the rubber industry, monoethanolamine is used as a vulcanizing agent and accelerator.
