Cooperation Case of Brno Auto Parts Processing Factory, Czech Republic
Project Background:
As a first-tier auto parts manufacturer located in Brno, Czech Republic, the factory produces Skoda aluminum chassis parts and steel stamping parts, equipped with complete production lines for anodizing, spray pre-treatment and CNC machining.
In Q2 2025, production supervisor Tomas Hanek recorded multiple operational pain points affecting factory production:
4-6 weeks long lead time for chemical supplies from Germany, frequently causing stockouts and production shutdowns;
Traditional passivation chemicals exceeded heavy metal and VOC limits, resulting in multiple environmental rectification notices;
Unstable color difference of anodized aluminum parts and inconsistent salt spray test results;
Cutting fluid required replacement every 30 days, leading high consumable costs;
Original suppliers only provided product delivery without supporting services such as tank solution testing and process adjustment.
The factory contacted our Poland office in June 2025 and officially signed an annual chemical supply agreement in August 2025.

Delivery & Technical Services
All goods are delivered from the Malaszewicze hazardous chemical warehouse in Poland with a 3-day on-site arrival cycle. Zeng Huimin, our technical engineer with 8 years of metal surface treatment industry experience, provides quarterly on-site technical support covering:
Testing full indicators of tank solution and adjusting chemical dosing ratio;
Optimizing process temperature and immersion duration for anodizing and passivation based on steel and aluminum substrates;
Maintaining cutting fluid circulation system and inhibiting bacterial growth in tank solution;
Updating and aligning production processes with EU controlled chemical standards;
Compiling quarterly raw material price ledgers to support client procurement budgeting.
Cooperation Timeline
June 2025: On-site sampling and machine testing, with full finished product data recorded
July 2025: Zeng Huimin completed full production line commissioning on-site with 15 consecutive days of product data tracking
August 2025: Both parties confirmed process parameters based on actual test data and signed the annual supply contract
September 2025 onwards: Stable monthly chemical delivery, with quarterly on-site tank solution re-testing and production process calibration
Cooperation Achievements (As of June 2026)
As verified in Tomas Hanek's production ledgers: defective rates caused by aluminum anodizing color difference dropped significantly, with stable and qualified salt spray test results;
The service life of cutting fluid was extended from 30 days to 72 days, greatly reducing monthly consumable procurement costs;
Supported by spot inventory in Poland local hazardous chemical warehouse, zero stockout and zero production shutdown occurred throughout the year;
In April 2026, the factory successfully passed the annual environmental inspection by the Czech Environmental Agency with our complete testing and compliance documents;
In June 2026, the client confirmed annual contract renewal and expanded procurement scope with stainless steel etching solution and blasting additives added.
Project Execution Statement
All project procedures including chemical production, batch quality inspection, on-site process commissioning, tank solution testing and operation maintenance are independently undertaken by 7DCHEM's China production base, Poland warehousing system and in-house professional technical team, with no third-party outsourcing.
