About Us
Our Warehouse, Supply Chain & Distribution Team operates two self-owned warehouses in Poland, providing integrated warehousing, cross-border logistics and last-mile delivery services covering 22 European countries. We continuously optimize cross-border transportation and warehousing workflows to realize real-time cargo tracking, efficient inventory sorting and precise delivery scheduling, ensuring stable product supply for clients across Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily operations of two Poland-based warehouses, supervise inventory counting, goods storage, sorting and loading/unloading procedures to ensure 100% inventory data accuracy.
● Optimize cross-border transportation routes, freight cooperation solutions and delivery schedules covering 22 European countries to reduce logistics costs and shorten delivery lead times.
● Operate the real-time cargo tracking system, update logistics status to overseas sales teams and clients in a timely manner, and handle cargo delays, customs clearance abnormalities and goods damage issues.
● Coordinate with China Headquarters, procurement teams and European sales teams to arrange bulk pickup, consolidated shipment and split delivery according to order plans.
● Compile warehouse inventory reports, logistics cost analysis statements and delivery efficiency data, and propose operational optimization solutions to reduce losses and improve inventory turnover rates.
● Maintain stable cooperative relationships with local Polish forwarders, customs brokers and delivery carriers to build reliable cross-border logistics channels.
● Provide after-sales logistics support including product return, re-delivery and sample dispatch for regional clients.
Requirements
● Education: College degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, International Trade, Warehouse Management or related majors.
● Experience: At least 1 year of experience in international logistics or overseas warehouse operations; prior experience in Poland or European warehouse and transportation management is highly preferred.
● Language: Fluent in English for logistics document processing and business communication; basic Polish skills are a major bonus.
● Professional Skills: Familiar with European cross-border road transportation, warehouse inventory management and cargo tracking systems; capable of independently handling various logistics emergencies.
● Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent time management ability, adaptable to cross-timezone work, and proficient in cross-team coordination.
● Bonus Points: Possess European logistics resource channels; familiar with chemical warehousing and transportation safety specifications.
