Product Grades
Industrial Grade
● Premium Grade: Main content ≥ 99.5%; water-insoluble matter ≤ 0.04%; iron ≤ 0.002%
● First Grade: Main content ≥ 95.0%; water-insoluble matter ≤ 0.04%; iron ≤ 0.005%
Agricultural Grade
Sodium Tetraborate Decahydrate (Na₂B₄O₇·10H₂O): Main content≥95%; Boron (B) content equivalent: approx. 11%; Application: Used as a base fertilizer to supplement available boron in soil. Suitable for boron-demanding crops such as rapeseed (canola), cotton, fruit trees, and vegetables.
Reagent Grade
Purity is generally not less than 99.0% or 99.5%. For precision laboratory analysis and chemical synthesis applications, analytical grade (AR) or high-purity anhydrous sodium tetraborate (borax) is typically employed.
Standard stock items are industrial grade. For special-grade orders, please contact us for full documentation.

Borax Used in the Ceramic Industry
Borax is a key flux in the manufacture of enamel glazes and porcelain enamels, reducing melting temperature while improving transparency and gloss.

Borax Used in the Metallurgical Industry
In metallurgy, it acts as a flux for soldering non-ferrous metals, cleaning away surface oxides.
Borax Used in the Agriculture Industry
Borax serves as a micronutrient fertilizer or be formulated with other ingredients to produce acaricides (miticides), though concentrations must be strictly controlled to avoid phytotoxicity.

Borax Used in Pest Control and Prevention
Low-concentration solutions can be used to control pests such as cockroaches and termites by disrupting their exoskeletons.
Borax Used in the Laboratory
In the laboratory, it is used as a component of buffer solutions or as a primary standard substance.
