Product Grades

Industrial Grade

Typically available at concentrations of 68% or 98%. Quality control primarily focuses on nitric acid content, residue on ignition, and conventional metal ions. Suitable for fertilizer production, metal pickling, and general chemical synthesis.

Reagent Grade

Concentration generally ranges from 65% to 68%, with further subdivisions into Guaranteed Reagent (GR), Analytical Reagent (AR), and Chemical Pure (CP). Among these, GR grade has the strictest impurity limits and is intended for precision analysis and high-purity synthesis.

Electronic Grade

Specifically designed for the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. Classified by metal impurity content
● G1–G2 (ppm level) are used for photovoltaics and discrete devices;
● G3–G4 (ppb level) are applied in display panels and mid-tier chips;
● G5 (≤10 ppt, i.e., parts per trillion) represents the highest purity level, reserved for advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Uses and Applications

Key applications

  • Metallurgy
  • Oxidising Agent
  • Etching & Engraving
  • Metal Finishing
  • Fertiliser
  • Electroplating

Industries
