Product Grades
Industrial Grade
Typically available at concentrations of 75%–85%, with broader impurity control specifications. Used in fertilizers, detergents, metal treatment, etc. Arsenic content is ≤0.01%, and heavy metals (as Pb) are ≤0.05% approximately.
Food Grade
Concentration ≥85%, with strict limits on arsenic (≤0.00005%), fluorine, and heavy metals. Used as an acidulant in beverages and in food processing.
Reagent Grade
Available in grades such as Chemical Pure (CP), Analytical Reagent (AR), and Guaranteed Reagent (GR). The ACS Reagent grade requires ≥85% purity with extremely low impurity levels, and is used in laboratory analysis.
Electronic Grade
Used for semiconductor cleaning and etching. Classified into E1 (standard), E2 (high-purity), and E3 (ultra-high-purity). Metal ion limits are at the μg/kg (ppb) level, with E3 grade requiring individual metal impurities ≤1 μg/kg.
Standard stock items are of industrial grade. For special grade orders, please contact us for complete documentation.

Phosphoric Acid Used in the Agriculture Industry
Phosphoric acid is used in the production of phosphate fertilizers such as single superphosphate, diammonium phosphate, monoammonium phosphate, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, promoting flower bud differentiation and root growth in crops.

Phosphoric Acid Used in the New Energy Battery Industry
Battery-grade phosphoric acid is synthesized into lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and lithium iron manganese phosphate anode materials. It serves as a core raw material for power batteries in new energy vehicles and energy storage power stations.
Phosphoric Acid Used in the Food Industry
Phosphoric acid is used as an acidulant, pH regulator, yeast nutrient, and antioxidant synergist; it is also used in meat products as a moisture retention agent to improve yield.

Phosphoric Acid Used in the Metalworking Industry
Phosphoric acid is used in the steel and hardware industry for rust removal and phosphating treatment, forming a phosphate protective film to prevent corrosion; it also serves as a chemical polishing agent to improve metal surface finish.
Phosphoric Acid Used in the Cosmetic Industry
In cosmetics, phosphoric acid functions primarily as a pH regulator and buffering agent, helping to maintain formulation stability for both safety and optimal efficacy. It is not intended as a cleansing, foaming, or active skincare ingredient. Added only in trace quantities to products such as cleansers, shampoos, lotions, and serums, its final residual levels are kept to an absolute minimum.

Phosphoric Acid Used in the Household Use
Phosphoric acid can also enhance the ability of detergents to remove grease and stains, thereby improving cleaning performance.
Phosphoric Acid Used in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Phosphoric acid is commonly used in the pharmaceutical field for drug salt formation and formulation stability control. The vast majority of pharmaceutical products bearing the term "phosphate" in their names are actually phosphate salts (such as fludarabine phosphate and creatine phosphate sodium). Through the phosphate salt formation process, these drugs effectively achieve improved water solubility, bioavailability, and chemical stability.

Phosphoric Acid Used in the Construction Industry
Phosphoric acid is combined with nitrogen-containing compounds for flame-retardant treatment of building materials.
Phosphoric Acid Used in the Electronic Industry
High-purity electronic-grade phosphoric acid is used as an etchant and cleaning agent in semiconductor chip manufacturing.

Phosphoric Acid Used in the Water Treatment Industry
Phosphate salts prepared from phosphoric acid, such as sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate, are used as scale inhibitors, dispersants in industrial circulating water systems, and as detergent builders.
Phosphoric Acid Used in the Feed Industry
Phosphoric acid is used to produce feed-grade calcium phosphate salts (such as dicalcium phosphate), which supplement the phosphorus needed for bone growth in livestock and poultry.
